STATE AND NETWORK PARTICIPATION

Build a pathway for your state or network.

Start with educational priorities, an accountable local team and a realistic first cohort.

From initial discussion to supported implementation.

  1. Introduce your priorities. Describe your institutions, education levels, geographic scope and the problems you want to address.
  2. Confirm the coordination route. Identify the authorised lead organisation and the people responsible for decisions and follow-up.
  3. Review readiness. Assess records, staff capabilities, device access, connectivity, power and support across a representative cohort.
  4. Agree a costed plan. Define initial services, deliverables, timelines, resources, safeguards and responsibilities.
  5. Demonstrate and prepare. Review the relevant workflows, prepare staff and verify the conditions needed to begin.
  6. Review before expansion. Assess sustained use, educational value, inclusion, reliability and costs before adding institutions.

What to bring to the first discussion.

CONTEXT

Your institutions

School types, locations, approximate cohort size and the authority or network responsible.

PRIORITIES

Your first use cases

The most important administrative, teaching or access needs, and any services already in use.

CAPACITY

Your delivery foundations

Named leads, staff availability, infrastructure needs and a realistic approach to funding and support.

Start at the scale you can support.

Schools and networks may explore an institutional pathway where a state programme has not been activated. No state-wide service or government endorsement is implied by an initial discussion.
